      A slower flow with more deep stretch and long-held poses for deep strengthening. We are all unfurling and opening tense hearts!

      In this class we skip the sun salutations but the class is made more or less intense with strengthening for arms, core (abs, back, thighs, glutes).
      Jean helps to modify for all bodies.
      Some balance, twisting postures, inversions, and relaxation capped off by gratitude meditation.
