Here we relax from head to toe and observe the breath. maybe do a few-three cleansing breaths – forcefully exhale through the nose and when empty of air – release the exhalation and let the air rush in. Let. your body relax and notice how good it feels to be still. By choice. To breathe with awareness. On purpose. To center yourself in the present moment. Far from fear. Away from anxiety. Still, calm and true. Set a timer. Then sit in the moonlight. Listen to your favorite quiet music, light a candle or just sit in the middle of your kitchen.
